  Was on my way to Cleveland airport for a flight I couldn't miss. Called them, and told them the situation. I got a tow, they had an open bay for me, got it done quick. Made my flight! Yay!

  Not sure how Mr.Tires Solon has a 4.3 rating, but I will never return to this auto shop again. I went in for an oil change today and clearly confirmed at drop off that I needed a tire rotation. When I picked up my van, I verified again if tries rotated or not. The empolyee said “YES,” and the invoice also showed the rotation was completed — but the actually tires were never rotated. When I called, they made excuses about my tires being “too old,” even though they had already claimed the rotation was done. I also paid $86 for a not full synthetic oil change that other shops provide as full synthetic for the same price. Very disappointing and not honest.

  My experiences at Mr Tire in Solon have always been terrific. This is why I will go to no other place. Bob and Nick are honest and trustworthy. They do not try to sell you things you do not need. I would highly recommend Mr Tire in Solon.

  I was a walk in for an oil change & tire rotation. Was able to be serviced right away (Great), however two days later discovered my oil filter was loose (not tightened)causing an oil to leak.. Unacceptable for a professional shop and I will not be taking my vehicle there ever again..
