  Great place. Faster service if you call for an appointment vs. online. You may see this little fellow in the waiting room (see pic) lol

  Their extended hours saved me a lot of headache when I came out of work, ran over a screw, and had to deal with a rapidly deflating tire at 6:30 PM. The staff is friendly and service oriented. The waiting area is clean. Thank you, Mr. Tire!

  Don't make appointment on line, I had oil change appointment for 12 noon said I was waiting, they finished at 4:45 pm.! Service manager claims when you make appointment on line it does not let them know?

  On Monday, Oct 20 2025, I called ahead and made an appointment for 2pm to have my tire valves changed because the caps were froze on. The car was dropped off at 1:30pm. I explained to the girl at reception that the caps were stuck and the valve stems would probably need to be replaced. About 2:30 pm, I got a call saying they were looking at the car and the caps were frozen necessitating the valve stems being replaced at a cost of $65. I agreed to the price and asked that they go ahead and replace all 4 valve stems. I called back around 5:45 to enquire about my car. The receptionist said she would check and left me hanging on the line for 20 mins. I had to call back. When I finally got through again, I was told they were working on the car ( I was told it was in the shop and the tires were off already), but the car would not be ready before they closed at 7pm. It seems excessive to me that it would take 4 1/2 hours to change 4 valve stems at a place called Mr Tire. Changing tire valve stems should be a routine job at a tire specialist. (The girl on the desk was most likely lying about the car being worked on. Since a competent tire tech should be able to change out all 4 valve stems in about an hour.) I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and I could not even get an estimate of when it would be finished. Very frustrating! They open at 7 am, so I waited until 9am to call and ask when my car would be ready, I was told they would call me when it was done and that it was being worked on at the moment. Still no estimate of when it will be ready. (Again most likely a lie from the girl at the front desk, since a competent mechanic would have had the job done in less than 2 hours. I doubt they had even started work on the car at this point.) I explained to the girl the night before that I took time off work to drop the car in and not having it finished that day meant I had to miss more work/pay. The staff were indifferent to this. I was finally informed just before 11am, Tuesday Oct 21st, that the car was ready. Why is a routine tire repair taking more than 9 hours to complete at this Mr Tire location? I feel that they are not being truthful about the car being worked on and just stringing me along. Why the dishonesty? If they were too busy to complete a routine job like this, why give me an appointment time in the first place? Why wasn’t I informed that they would not have time to finish the tires that day when I initially got the call to say they needed to be replaced? This is just common courtesy stuff and good customer service practices.The staff are at best apathetic and have no respect for the value of a customer’s time at all. When I went to pay the large woman behind the desk had a gloating smirk on her face. In my opinion they would be better off without this kind of dishonest employee representing the Mr Tire franchise. After about 12 years of bringing my vehicles here I will no longer use them for any service needs. Delays like this for a routine repair coupled with the apathetic staff and poor customer service are just unacceptable to me. I would not recommend this Mr Tire location to anyone for any job. Even routine tire repairs take an excessively long amount of time to complete.
