  Local staff friendly and efficient. My only issue is they have been unable to provide a ride back to my home once I returned by rental car. The reason is inadequate staffing at the local office.

  Solon enterprise has amazing customer service and they handle my rental needs so I can be 100 percent satisfied and that’s important because being a daycare you may need to be accommodating and I have that with solon enterprise.   Can I just say how wonderful this Solon office Enterprise is? A few weeks back I was in town for a funeral and the enterprise rental from the airport was so dirty we couldn’t see out the windows. Stopped at the Solon enterprise office and they did a quick clean for me. Fast forward to today and I’m back in Solon to begin settling affairs. Rented another enterprise vehicle and drove from Colorado. Last night the tailgate latch would not latch. After several hours on the phone with enterprise roadside aide service (standing in the cold, dark on the side of a busy road) aaa showed up and said they needed to tow the vehicle. I asked what was happening with me and he shrugged. I sent him away and drove to the hotel with the lift gate open and the flasher on. At 8 am I was at the solon enterprise office asking for help and ZACK! The friendly and competent Angel ZACK saved the day and fixed it. So wonderful! Thank you Solon Enterprise for not only understanding what great customer service looks like but for having great common sense and a sense of responsibility about your brand. Highly recommend this office!!!!
