My car is an older vehicle and my battery required a jump after I left my interior light on while at work yesterday. This morning my vehicle wouldn’t start and the gentleman whom restarted my battery the day prior said my battery looked old and may need a new one soon. When Fran took out the old battery it opened a Pandora’s box of shenanigans! Jeff and Fran were great at piecing together what was needed to have the new battery installed safely and correctly. Fran and Jeff were a pleasure to talk to. Fran was able to start the process and Jeff was able to manipulate some things based off his experience and expertise. I really appreciated their help with my stressful situation. Nice work!!
