- SOSally Ostendorf5 days ago1.0Waited 3 days for an Insurance Rental only to show up and them, not have it. They had a truck returned while I was there and they made me wait while they did an oil change on it before they gave it to me. Having been an office manager of a car rental agency myself in the past this is unacceptable service. Edit… after waiting for an hour, they said the truck would not be ready so were going to send me home without a vehicle. While I was waiting, a business man came in and was upset because his vehicle was not there either, but they went to Troy to get him a car Another vehicle came in just before I had called for a ride home. They did let me take that one, but made a comment that it was above what my insurance would pay, but since it was the end of the day, they would go ahead and let me take that one at my insurance rate, you could tell they were frustrated with me and just wanted to go home very disappointed at the customer service. Unacceptable.
