  I have been a member at the Sharonville location since they opened. My vehicle was at the dealership for roughly two months. I borrowed a friend’s vehicle to drive. I called and asked if they would make an exception and let me bring this vehicle through one time before returning it. The guy on the phone said yes. I drove over there later that day, the site manager said “no, that’s against policy”. I tried to reason with him politely and he very quickly offered to cancel my subscription!! An overwhelming display of terrible customer service. I was and still am stunned.

  Originally this was the only brand of car wash I would use the company I own was about to the same day as the day I canceled my personal account out the entire fleet of 42 cars on the same top car wash but if you have a pic up truck with a hitch as of a new police less then a week old you can not go through the wash any longer such a let down but hey mikes car wash and car wash plus directly across the street is still allowing trucks with hitches to go through so it’s fine just a shame because the convenience of multiple locations was nice but the face that the guys at sharonville literally are always trying to find a way to get out of work or close early is sad

  I bought their house special, $22. It didn’t even get the bird poo off of the hood of my car. I had to go to another car wash. I’m completely disappointed. Their vacuums were nice, but their interior cleaner was sticky and left residue. The towels they offer are also wet so trying to dry things were horrible. I might add that I took pictures after I left the car wash and the hood and roof of my car is now scratched all over.

  I have been going to Carriage in Sharonville, including other Carriage House locations for over a year with multiple vehicles. Today I went to the Sharonville location, which I take my Jeep there at least 2-3 times a week, (for over the past year) not really sure what this guy's deal (assuming he might be a manager) was but I pulled in and he explained that the lights on my Jeep could cause issues with their material "ripping off" in which I have never had any issues or I would not go there. He proceeds to tell me "well I will let you through this one time and you can pull up and we can inspect your vehicle." It's unfortunate because the owner has come up to me numerous times to say hi at this location and has been very helpful and respectful, however after today I am cancelling all my vehicle subscriptions and going elsewhere. If you have a concern, it's one thing to come up and have a conversation with me but to tell me that "your vehicle" when we have never had any issues, is poor customer service and an indication I need to go elsewhere after raving about this place. Owner was nice, ( thank you for being great over the year ) but this guy was rude. Taking my business elsewhere.

  This car wash particularly (sharonville location) is a dud. Several times I’ve been stopped and stuck in the car wash but THIS time, Miss Maria or Melissa, Matilda, whoever she is, didn’t stop the car wash as it was clearly messing up. Not only did my car not get washed AT ALL, she also damaged the front lip of my car by DRAGGING one of the spinning brushes from the front to the side of my car. Thankfully I work where I work and am easily able to get my vehicle repaired - though I will not be the one paying for the repairs. This happened on a Saturday and many people seen it, I should get a call Monday regarding damages but I am still highhhhhlllyyyyyyy pissed off and I will be calling corporate. Do NOTTTTTTTT recommend this location, their staff is poorly trained or just unaware of their surroundings. I will be getting compensated and miss girl better be told it’s 1000000% her fault. She didn’t stop the car wash with her magic little button until I held down my horn while the entire car wash was clearly not working. I was halfway through the car wash without a single drip of soap nor WATER on my car. I understand things happen, but your job is to WATCH the cars go through….
