  Ethan was amazing and friendly and helpful. The prices were good. However half of their equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and this is the second time that's happened and they lost my reservation, and the persons in front of me. They did fit me in though. Ethan gets five stars

  Would not recommend. Went in for new tires. My car has a keyed lug nut on each axle. Not only did the shop over torque the tires down. They destroyed the key that is used to take the keyed lug nut off. After finding out, stopped back into the shop to show them what happened. The person at the counter said there was nothing they could do and that the keys become damaged over time. My key was 8 years old and I have never had a problem with it. It was very clear that they impacted the lug nuts onto the car. This shop does not torque down to proper specifications. Beware of taking your car here for work. On another side note, the shop did not honor the price that was shown on the website when I booked the original appointment.

  On 12/08/25 I made the mistake of going back to Tire Choice to see about getting a tire repaired. I waited for the employee to finish up with the gentleman in front of me (approximately 5mins). The employee then took the printed paperwork from that service and walked halfway into the garage area leaving me standing at the counter area. No greeting, acknowledgment, etc. I stood there listening to, what I’m guessing is a company conference call while the employee stood by a wall in the center of the garage talking with another employee. After a few minutes he walked back towards the lobby area and placed the paperwork he originally had into a bin by the door to the lobby area. I inquired about a tire repair and he said basically I would have to leave the vehicle. I’m not saying it was a good or bad occurrence, but I definitely will not go back to any Tire Choice facility.
