- JRJJ RRDec 1, 20252.0On 12/08/25 I made the mistake of going back to Tire Choice to see about getting a tire repaired. I waited for the employee to finish up with the gentleman in front of me (approximately 5mins). The employee then took the printed paperwork from that service and walked halfway into the garage area leaving me standing at the counter area. No greeting, acknowledgment, etc. I stood there listening to, what I’m guessing is a company conference call while the employee stood by a wall in the center of the garage talking with another employee. After a few minutes he walked back towards the lobby area and placed the paperwork he originally had into a bin by the door to the lobby area. I inquired about a tire repair and he said basically I would have to leave the vehicle. I’m not saying it was a good or bad occurrence, but I definitely will not go back to any Tire Choice facility.
