  The talking guy explained everything really well, listened to what I had to say and let me know about a few little issues but was not pushy, 10/10 will be going back there for my next oil change.

  Most valvolines are average, but these guys went above and beyond! They were friendly and respectful and kept you in the loop on every maintenance. Santiago was really great to work with and clearly loves what he does.

  This is my second time going to a Valvoline and it never fails that I get stuck in the line that's taking forever! It takes 25 minutes per vehicle, cars in line behind me in the other 2 lanes were done before I even got into the garage bay. A better business model would be to take the person in line who's been waiting the longest. I will be going back to Take 5. The staff is great though.

  Great customer service! The guys were very knowledgeable & very transparent as to the service they provide to my car. They weren't like "typical" salesman trying to gauge me for more money by trying to talk me into purchasing more products. They supplied me with the service I pulled in for, informed on what I may need in the future for the upkeep of my vehicle, and was perfect! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quick, reliable, and friendly service.

  I was traveling on the turnpike from the Cleveland area to Chicago when my oil light came on. I had recently gotten an oil change from Conrad's, but I wanted to play it safe, so I got off the turnpike to find someone who could take a look. I happened upon this Valvoline location and explained that I didn’t need a full oil change, just a check to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since I wasn’t technically a customer at that moment, I expected a little reluctance, but they couldn’t have been more helpful. It turns out Conrad's had been pretty sloppy with my oil change. The oil level itself was fine, but several of my other fluids were low. The team at Valvoline checked everything, including my filters, to make sure my car was safe for the rest of my trip, and they did it all with a smile. I mostly worked with Michael, and I can’t say enough about his professionalism and kind demeanor. Experiences like this really stand out. It was so good that I’m honestly considering driving from Cleveland to Sandusky for my next oil change! I highly recommend this location, and I hope the Cleveland locations are just as great.
