  Been here multiple times in the last year with a few different types of vehicles. They have went above and beyond! Making sure I know all the ins and outs of what is good what could possibly need tended to. And making sure I’m good to go! Brian is the best! Always happy to help!!

  Service was efficient, the wait wasnt long, also pleasant, and informative. Brian taught me more about my car, and keeping my oil and air filters changed. Thank you for taking your time to help today. Also for recommending the new wipers, they were much needed!!

  Yesterday, Wal Mart did half as much and took five times as long with my other vehicle. While this place is little more expensive, you have to ask yourself how much is your time worth? This place runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended), and everyone is extremely professional. Randy was my point person, and he explained everything very clearly, while the others in the garage worked very efficiently. In addition to the oil change, they checked all my lights, topped my fluids, and verified tire pressures. Highly recommended and I will be back in the future.

  I went to valvoline in Sandusky ohio at 830am because i did my own oil change the night before but could not get the filter to fit. I bought two different filters because the filter i took out looked different than the one that i was told was needed in my car... and neither would fit. When i got there and told the guy the problem he said he could not charge me for just a filter replacement. So i was going to pay for a whole oil change just to have them help me with the filter. Instead he pulled me rignt in. Explained to me what the issue was with my filter. Then replaced it and decided not to charge me for just installing the filter ( i already had the filter). He got me back on the road in 5 minutes. He was very nice professional and helpful i couldn't have been happier. I will go back to that location again. I wish i got his name to post..
