- JBJoseph BaieraJan 4, 20261.0I made an appointment for January 4th between 9 and 11.A m to get my tires changed. When I arrived the shop was closed. I called the hotline five different times. Each time I got a customer service rep who is obvious from overseas. Each time , I ask them to transfer me to a supervisor who could help sort out the situation. I also ask that they stay on the line until another human was present. Each time they transfer me either to the closed shop or a number which went straight to voicemail.And then they hung up. So now i'm in their parking lot with my wife and two toddlers trying to figure out how to get tires. The worst organization i've ever seen with a company. Do not waste your time shopping here.

- WSW SDec 18, 20251.0"I have been a loyal customer here for years because the guys in the shop do excellent work and they have always been my go to first call because of that. However, I’m done. I spent 40 minutes stranded on the side of the highway trying to get through to the shop, only to be routed to an overseas call center with several representatives who didn't speak English and couldn't help me. It’s a shame that management has prioritized cheap call centers over their customers’ safety and loyalty. I ended up taking my $1,200 tire order to a competitor because I literally couldn't get anyone on the phone to take my money. I love the guys in the back, but I can't trust a business that I can't reach when I’m broken down."
