  They have no idea what they are doing. The front desk girl is clueless on her job and the mechanic (I’m assuming he was - he never introduced himself) was so rude. Seriously do not waste your time.

  When an appointment was made online at a different store, and it turned out they weren't even open, our car was quickly taken in and 2 brake rotors and pads were changed within about 45 min as they thought. They explained how dangerous the missing bolts and hand tightened ones were and were anxious to help correct a previous shop's critical mistakes. Both gentlemen were awesome!

  I came in on a Saturday, very helpful, kept me updated, gave me price before started work. Inspected my car and gave me advice as well. Will go back again !
