Travel date: 6/19/25 There were a number of bumps in the road along the way for this entire trip...And one of the 3 best things that happened was finding these guys, in addition to their flexibility and willingness to help 2 stranded friends from Chicago. We were driven to this enterprise location - picked up and saved by Joey, one of the young guys at the front desk. He got special permission to come pick us up even when technically I don't think anyone was supposed to leave at that time in the am. We needed a ride around ten thirty/11 to get to cedar point, but the car that we had booked prior was not able to be picked up at the time our flight got in. After numerous delays and numerous uber driver cancellations... we finally arrived at our hotel at five in the morning....Woke up with just enough time to get to cedar point by the time they opened.... but no car to get there and our hotel was fifteen miles away-ish. Even though it was torrentially raining the entire day until four o'clock in the afternoon, Joey made our day because he made it possible, and he made it so we could still get there!! Thank you.Thank you.Thank you. Bucket list checked! We lost your name/contact information until now.. but we're so impressed...I knew I needed to come back and write a review when I found it.
