  NEVER AGAIN. I didn't buy a car from deiderick, THANK GOD, but I took my own car in for repairs and $1700 $ later its the same as when I brought it in, now they to keep it for 24 hrs. , charge of at least $500, for so you can keep nickel and diming me to death, NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all. I don't know how deiderick and his head mechanic sleep at night. VERY SHADY

  I don’t know about their work…but I stopped on the side of the road with my semi truck and trailer asking them if I could please use the restroom they said it’s not a public restroom I continued to let them know how badly I needed to go, literally some of the rudest people I’ve had the not so lucky chance to be around, this was on their sales side of things

  Vehicle broke down close to Milan. Mechanics were quick to diagnose and evaluate the problem however what ensued was nothing but non-interest and complete lack of empathy from a customer perspective. As an out of towner i was told that if I forfeited my title and notarized my vehicle to their sales team they would take care of the diagnostic fee that was an outstanding balance of $138 dollars and they would "tow" it "out" and waive the fee. Fine. Except for the fact that I was able to scrap the vehicle in person for $500 dollars on site. I had to call off work and make the drive back to Sandusky from Akron to iron out details on site because the sales team would only send my valuables from my car on my dollar. On top of the notarized title expenditure. Only reason i am giving two stars instead of 1 is that they were hospitable on site and allowed me ample time to provide for a tow service. Shady business, unethical and lack of compassion or empathy filled with protected language is reason for 2 stars.

  Really nice people in Deiderick Motors. I just got a Ford Escape from them today. Really nice car - runs smoothly great car for the price! This is our second car from Deiderick Motors. Our first car is my wife's Ford Focus. We still have that car and we are using it every day - amazing vehicle. Deiderick Motors have really nice collection of vehicles from small cars to big trucks - whatever your taste is. Their cars are probably the best used cars that you can find in the area I should say. So if you are looking for a nice vehicle that is taken care of on a great price you should definitely stop by Deiderick Motors and check their vehicles out.
