  I reserved a 15ft box truck since the website stated they had some at this location. However, they in fact did not have any available. But thanks to Adam, he hooked me up with a 3/4 ton pickup truck with an extended bed, and even went as far as price matching for me so that I was still paying the original price for my reservation. Although I had to make two trips instead of one. I really do appreciate Adam going above and beyond to keep my business. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve definitely cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. Kudos to Adam!!

  I had to rent a box truck to move, and I was nervous to drive a vehicle that size, as it was my first time. The manager Michael was very helpful during my whole rental process. The truck was nice, clean and fit all of my stuff from a two-bedroom house. Michael showed me how everything worked and made me feel a lot better and more confident in driving such a large truck. I forgot how to unlock the liftgate, but Michael explained how to nicely over the phone. Overall great experience and would totally recommend Enterprise to anyone in need! I'm almost excited for the next time I move because I feel like a pro now. Thank you to Michael and his co-worker Tim!!!
