    Enterprise in St. Clairsville, OH has extremely accommodating, friendly staff. However, the last 3 cars I rented had a previous smoker and once the vehicle became warm…nauseating. Does Enterprise corporate no longer charge customers who violate the “no smoking” policy. I wonder if they would charge me if I brought it back with an empty tank??

    Would definitely recommend contacting them if you need a rental. Everyone was so helpful and respectful. They picked me up from provided a shuttle back to a nearby car dealership after repairs on personal vehicle were completed. Thanks for helping us through a tough time.
