  I am so happy Belle Tire was near me. I had a flat tire on my way to work. Everyone in Belle Tire was super nice, and helpful. Michael D. presented with the option to get the air pumped into the tire then have the tire patched. When I told him I want to consider to replacing my tire, I was presented with a quote with different options, and prices so I could choose which option would best fit my budget. I was able to take as much time as I wanted to decide, which option would work best for me. Zachary and Gabriel did a really amazing job at sealing my tire after fixing it. I was able to drive home safely via the expressway after the repair was done. Being a young lady, I was happy to work with kind-hearted, reputable people instead of being stranded on the side of one of the major roads by myself at night.

  After they said hour and a half wait, It took them 2 full days to change one tire. I missed work and couldn’t take my child to school. Will never go back there.

  I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment (the only good experience was Mario when we first got the quote for tires). I dropped my car off before the scheduled appointment time. I was told two hours. I came back an hour and 45 minutes later; they asked if I was there to pick up (not when my car hasn’t moved from the parking lot). Three people at the front desk were clueless, and then one of them pointed at the tires for my car sitting just inside the shop. One said my car would be next. However a different car was then brought in to the empty bay he had pointed at. I asked why I wasn’t informed that they were running late and I was given an excuse that their phones were out and (magically) just came back on. They didn’t call me because they didn’t even know my appt. was extremely delayed. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then decided I would take my keys and buy tires elsewhere. When I asked for my keys, they couldn’t even find them at first. There was no apology; nothing. Not a warm greeting or smile when I first arrived either..I would never recommend Belle Tire; especially not this location.

  I went in to get a patch job on a tire, needed it to go to work. The guy at the counter a bald guy with a beard was rude. Just very short and not willing to help. There customer service sucks the staff are cold and not friendly at all stay away go to a different tire place.

  I recently went to Belle Tire for new tires, and while the pricing was spot on, the overall experience left me frustrated. The installation was supposed to take 2–3 hours and include a courtesy alignment check, and after 4 hours I returned. When I asked about the alignment, I was told it would take another 1–2 hours and was asked if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight, which was not an option. After arranging to come back another time, I got into my car to find my radio turned on, the AC running, and my dashboard screens changed from how I left them. None of that should have been touched just for a tire installation. It left me with the impression that my car wasn’t treated professionally, and overall, the experience was reminding me of "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" scene with the vehile.
