I originally came in for an oil change, and she took the time to inform me that I needed new tires, explaining everything clearly and honestly without any pressure. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. Martina has an incredibly driven work ethic, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers. She is a huge asset to Belle Tire and absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion.

Turns out they need a specific program that is paid for by tokens to be able to clear faults. They knew this before doing the work and still persisted on taking my money on false hopes to completing the job. On top of that they keep insisting on doing extra work that is not needed like lower control arms. I also had them do a simple oil change and they left a bolt unfastened to the point of almost falling off. Don’t get me wrong I understand how frustrating mechanic work can be but don’t be Jews about it.
