  Alignment techs are bums including the manager scott went to a belle tire the day before for an alignment the day after came in would not to do alignment on car i have paper work from the shop in findlay less than 24 hours ago its crazy to me they had my alignment at 90% to have 20 21 year old kids doing alignments but the head manager scott knows nothing about alignments its crazy how people have business degrees but have never wrenched in there life but now they run mechanic shops. This place is a joke do not go in to a belle tire after 12:00 clock these kids do not want to work at alllllll….. even though these alignment techs are on salary they pulled my car up into the bay as soon as i got in went to jersey mikes for an hour or so more just to tell me they could not do my alignment. Truth is these kids do not want to work they have these guys who have never physically touched a car manage this place don’t worry will be going to corporate 😎

  Went to Belle Tire on Thursday April 9th with my boat and trailer to get new tires. I explained exactly what I needed, and the salesperson came out, looked everything over, gave me a total, and confirmed they could handle it. I specifically asked if they could also grease the bearings, and he said yes, no problem. He told me he would confirm availability, called Friday, and said everything was in. So I scheduled an 8am appointment for Saturday. When I showed up Saturday morning, I was told they don’t typically change tires on a trailer with the boat on it because of potential damage. On top of that, they also said they don’t even have the ability to grease the bearings, something their own salesperson had already sold me on. At that point I had already paid, had a show to take the boat to the next day, and was counting on this being done. The whole reason I brought it in Thursday was to avoid exactly this kind of situation. To their credit, they refunded me. But the lack of communication and coordination between staff completely wasted my time and could have caused me to miss an important event. Had the original sales person explained on Thursday that the boat had to removed from the trailer at the time of installation I would have made arrangements to make that happen. I ended up going to Discount Tire right down the road, and they had me in and out with 4 new tires in under 30 minutes, no issues at all. Disappointing experience overall. If you’re dealing with anything outside a basic tire swap, I’d double check that everyone is on the same page before committing.

  Best place in town! Martina at Belle Tire was absolutely amazing. From the moment I spoke with her, she brought such positive energy and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. I originally came in for an oil change, and she took the time to inform me that I needed new tires, explaining everything clearly and honestly without any pressure. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. Martina has an incredibly driven work ethic, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers. She is a huge asset to Belle Tire and absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion.

  Came in town from hundreds of miles away, caught a flat, stopped at this location and the gentleman stated he couldn't get me in until tomorrow which was not convenient for us. I just asked for a tire plug and they wouldn't oblige.
