I went in today and the two gentlemen working were so nice!! I came once for my car battery and the guy helping me was really patient. Then I came back just now for my boyfriend's light to be replaced on his car, and that guy was also very nice and helpful! Great staff at this location.

I ordered a part online and then when I went to pick it up, it ended up not being the part I needed, and the assistant manager basically told me he’s not that kind of guy to be looking around for parts, All I needed him to do was look in the computer and look me up the correct part and this guy was seriously agitated. I’m not sure what happened right before I walked in, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.
