- MCMark Counsel3 days ago5.0I just had one of my worse days as a driver. Got into accident today and I was feeling pretty down. I was supposed to be back home in Michigan but I'm probably going to be here all weekend. I went in around 10:40pm hoping to get some some pizza and chicken wings. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement when I saw that there was no hot food. There was a cashier, a young , well spoken gentleman named Aaron. He explained to me why there was no hot and when there would be some available. I told him about what a terrible day that I had. He went on to say that how wonderful it was that I'm still here. ( I was involved in a train accident) His wonderful words of encouragement had me tearing up. I actually was comforted by this kind stranger's empathy. Thank you Aaron for being such a kind, and wonderful human being, and thank you Pliot for hiring such a wonderful person.😊

It’s so small and so close to the pumps that it gets cleared up very easily. And from what I’ve seen it stays busy There so if you’re looking for somewhere to park, I wouldn’t recommend this Pilot, especially if you’re in a hurry.

I was in an accident on the turnpike and had to hang out at the Pilot for 4 hours, she was so nice the entire time my family and I were there. Not only was she kind so was all her staff and their facilities were clean too. Thank you Caitlyn for your kindness.
