I got 4 tire replacements done in earlier in 2025 and a few days later I noticed my ABS and brake light coming on and I didn’t think it was related to my tires at all but after researching I found out that it is very common for your wheel speed sensor to get damaged during tire changes. Before I got new tires, I have never seen my ABS light on. I explained this to the manager Tyler but they would not take accountability so now I am paying for their mistake. This business always showed me respect and good customer service but this situation was very disappointing. At the time I was going through a lot and didn’t have the mental energy to call corporate and try to fight this because I think it was unfair and I shouldn’t have to do that anyways. It’s really a small fix but it’s the principle of the situation and it shows their lack of integrity as a business.
