He approached the entire conversation with me with aggression, both on the phone when I called to see if my car was ready, and when I picked up my car. I wrote in to tell the company about my experience, because I value family-owned companies, and got a call from the regional manager. She confirmed that I was not the first person to have this type of experience, and that she had already talked with him about his aggressive demeanor with customers. She did nothing to rectify the situation or experience, a final suggestion was to try a different Tire Discounters. They lost a customer. I will be going elsewhere for tires.

I couldn’t get in at my normal place, so I came here. They are now replacing ONE for $230. It’s the same brand and style of tire. So how does one place charge $270 for two and Tire Discounters charge $230 for one? They rip you off, that’s how.
