  We stopped by on a whim to ask if they could air up our tires. The owner was very nice. After speaking with my husband, we had a feeling and decided to get an oil change. Thankfully, we got right in. They worked as a team. One guy (didn't get his name) checked the lights, fluids, aired the tires etc., Lorenz , got our name, vehicle specs, and went over the different oil options we could choose. Once chosen, Lloyd changed the oil and did a safety inspection. Thank goodness we stopped. During the inspection, it was explained to us our car had a MAJOR issue. Lorenz and Lloyd, we cannot thank you enough. The concern we received was unforgettable! By the time we left, they felt like part of our family. Reynoldsburg residents and beyond, stop by and get an oil change. These guys are amazing at what they do. Most importantly, they could save your life as well!

  I'm 73, and I haven't seen service like this in over 50 years! The owner and his crew are GENUINELY good people.. kind, honest, and would rather lose a few bucks than take advantage of someone. They literally CARE about their customers and in doing a great job for them. .. At some point while performing an oil change, my car battery went out. When they broke the news I was stunned, and I have to admit, a little suspicious. But they charged it up (the battery had a bad cell) and I drove to Westerville where I'd purchased the battery a year ago. The battery mechanic tested the battery, which was defective, and replaced it for free. .. If not for the Grease Monkey guys, I would have been stranded somewhere — or worse — and had to spend money on a tow and a new battery. Choosing them for my oil change was a Godsend. There is nothing fake about them.. they were so good to me.. and to the other customers. Yes, Virginia, there still is an honest business in the 21st century!

  recently got my oil changed and had a great experience. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. The staff explained what they checked, didn’t pressure me into extra services, and had me back on the road in no time. My car is running smoother now, and I’ll definitely return for future maintenance. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, honest

  Soo I never leave reviews, but I had to make one here! I had a great experience at this Grease monkeys! From the moment I pulled in, the service was quick, professional, and super friendly. I needed an unplanned oil change and they fit me in right away. They didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need — just honest, straightforward work at a fair price. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way and taking care of their customers. The whole process was fast and easy, and I was in and out without any hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get your oil changed and support a hardworking local business, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

  I came for the ribbon cutting day and got an oil change, tire rotation and they checked all the necessary things to make sure my car is in good shape. The team was super thorough but also very transparent with the checklist so I didn't have any surprises. Really appreciated they wiped my windows and gave me their oil change prices up front so I could make an informed decision. Thank you!
