They picked it up at the body shop when my car was fixed. I had to extend the rental a few extra days. We did that over the phone with NO problems. They refunded my security deposit immediately along with a couple extra days I didn't need the rental. EVERYONE I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Very customer-oriented business, a rarity these days. Thanks to Enterprise!

They offered to give me a car tomorrow but it’s almost two weeks’ worth of a reservation. I don’t understand why they would spoil someone’s plans last minute.

They caused me to be late for work by not arriving at the agreed time. They should've gave a window so I could clear the delay with my employer. The gentleman that waited on me was professional and kind. Just work on that pickup time. Also the vehicle was disgusting. Extremely dirty spotted seats. I hope I only have to spend one day in this nasty vehicle.
