He immediately started flirting with her and it very quickly crossed a line. At one point he had mentioned “she needed a spanking” as well as “what do I get for giving you 10% off”). This is absolutely inappropriate behavior towards customers much less a young woman. I will 100 percent be calling corporate tomorrow morning in hopes they handle this. My girlfriend should not be coming back home panicked and feeling terrible because an employee decided to be a pervert. Absolutely inexcusable behavior.

Kenny then speaks “Chinese” to her and then when she said she didn’t understand, asked her if she speaks Chinese or Korean and when she said no, asked what language she does speak, and she said English, the language she asked you the question in. Then he said multiple times that if she wanted him to change the batter she would have to give him $20 in CASH, when autozone offers batter replacement/installation as a free service. Very sketchy behavior, so beware!

- AAAysJan 7, 20265.0I came in to get a diagnostic scan and Adrian assisted me. I see he already has so many good mentions in these reviews and I got the amazing opportunity to experience why. He was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I love coming across great wholesome customer service like Adrian’s because it is truly rare and stands out in the world we are currently living in. Having a check engine light on is stressful enough and he was definitely the silver lining in this situation. And FYI it was just my O2 sensor and my light went off on its own today( I think the cold weather was giving false readings, hopefully!). Thank you so much Adrian for your help!
