Recently, the wash stopped mid-cycle. I am claustrophobic and experienced a panic attack. When I opened my door and explained this to the employee, his response was: “Then you shouldn’t have been going through the car wash.” There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to assist. I submitted a formal complaint and was told someone would follow up. To date, I have received no communication. I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions and so this company can improve how it treats customers in distress.
