It was around 10am on a busy Saturday morning. We walked into Tire Discounters without an appointment and Bill Sicke, the GM, fit us right in. We were out of there in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. They were friendly and efficient and even empathetic. - YLY LLMar 10, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this location about nine months ago, but I forgot to leave a review at the time. I happened to pass by this place again today, and it reminded me of what happened. When the white male customer in front of me was being helped, the staff member was very friendly and welcoming. However, when it was my turn, the attitude suddenly became very cold and impatient. When checking my tire pressure, he seemed unwilling to listen to my questions and acted as if he just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. The contrast in attitude was very noticeable and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
