$36,000,000 and they couldn't spring for tap-to-pay at the pump. Winter is nigh and I've gotta use my card with my shivering hands like some sort of plebian?! Hopefully the next new Kroger build can lobby for an extra million to bring that ten year old tech to their pumps. If they need help they can go down the road and ask Sheetz or Costco or maybe the dude on the corner how to make it work. +1 star for being built and existing.
