On the rare occasions we’ve had an issue, they’ve gone above and beyond to resolve it quickly and reasonably, even when it wasn’t necessarily their fault. That level of accountability and honesty is hard to find, and it’s why we keep coming back. Highly recommended.

We usually take our cars to our trusted personal mechanic, but he was out of town and unavailable, so we decided to give Goodyear a try. Goodyear claimed our oil was overfilled and insisted we needed another oil change — even though we had just gotten one. After having several people check it, they all confirmed Goodyear was completely wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back. Can't personally trust them.
