- SBsophia bakerSep 12, 20255.0i got into an accident and insurance sent my car to Gerber. everyone was more than friendly and helpful during the process and the link was updated daily about what the repair process with my car! the work was done amazing and they even threw away all my trash and vaccumed!
- MTMarci ThompsonSep 11, 20252.0My repair was subpar. Working 6 months of replacing and painting my bumpers 20% or more of the paint job had been nicked off. This on a 10 year old can with barely any nicks on it. The repairs took less than a working day. I don't think they protected the paint job. Of course they aren't responsible for it. Both bumpers are chipped up hirribly but the rest of my can 3 years later has no marks. Not a reliable collision repair. Also, the men in the shop didn't treat women very well. I suppose we know nothing about cars and need to be spoken down to and at a slow pace so we understand. Free work wouldn't bring me back.

When I reached out about the missing mats, they told me the person who worked on my car wouldn’t be available for a week, and since then, I haven’t received any response. Very unprofessional and careless service. I do not recommend this place—stay away!

They gave us a great estimate in less than 24 hours, but since it's an older car, we decided it wasn't worth fixing. They gave us companies to contact to help sell the car and even allowed us to keep our car on their property until it was sold. I was amazed by their customer service even though we didn't spend $1! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone!
