I had an issue upon initially taking delivery of my vehicle, which turned out to be one of many during my ten day/1800 mile rental. I called Enterprise while on the trip to exchange the vehicle, a rep said someone would call me back...that never happened. I spoke with the manager Everette upon returning my rental, he was aware I attempted to exchange, and apologized for the numerous issues I had. Everette stated he would reduce my rental charge, that didn't happen either, I was charged the full price. Three in person visits to the branch(because they either don't answer the phone, or call you back) to speak about the refund resulted i nothing other than my personal time wasted. Sadly, I'll look to another company for my next rental, and I'd advise everyone else in Powell to do the same.
