  I needed a car while my car was being repaired, and I had a great experience working with the Powell team. Everyone here was courteous and pleasant, even when they were busy. Justin, Zoe and Baraca (sp?) were all very helpful. They made my already stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you so much.

  Interactions with employee who gave rental was great. However, the vehicle was very visibly damaged, which I accepted because I needed a larger vehicle for immediate use. However, the vehicle was still very dirty inside- had animal food, sticky brown residue on the steering wheel, buttons and interior door. It was enough that I made a stop to get lysol wipes before putting my family in the vehicle.

  From the moment I booked the car to the drop-off, the overall service with Enterprise was great and very well organized. Justin provided outstanding service. He was extremely professional, friendly, and prompt throughout the entire process. Justin made everything quick and easy, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured I was taken care of right away. His positive attitude and efficiency really stood out and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend working with Justin and this Enterprise location.

  Excellent customer service! We were in early morning on NYE and the woman that helped us was just amazing. I just cant remember her name. Super person.
