I also borrowed a loaner tool to compress the rear calipers, and the tool turned out to be broken. Called this location on the phone and informed them the tool was broken. They told me the store further south on sawmill rd had another tool available. I got there to pick up the tool, same thing, broken. What was odd was they new it was broken but still had it in circulation. I called auto zone to see if they had a "complete" tool, they did, so I returned the original broken tool. The cashier wanted me to take it back to the original store? I said no, not after all this, luckily a gentleman from behind the counter jumped in and said it was ok to return the broken tool, kind of odd!? Needless to say i wasted a lot of time.
