- CCCraigNov 12, 20251.0I had a front end alignment done to my work vehicle recently, as my old tires were wearing poorly. New tires were purchased and put on and an alignment was (supposedly) done. Mind you, my truck was on the rack less than 20-25 minutes. I questioned if the work was even done, and was assured that it was,and that the mechanic was fast. Now, approximately 3 weeks later, my tires are wearing the same as the old tires that were replaced. I took my vehicle back in and was informed that they DO NOT warrant/ guarantee their work and that they'll put it back on the rack for another $134 (plus tax) I don't feel they did the alignment the first time, why would I pay for them to not do it again. They asked if I had rotated my tires. Clearly, anyone could see that the tires are brand new and just put on. Not sure who would be rotating new tires that are 2 weeks old. Seriously? After calling other shops, I feel even more confident that the alignment was not completed. I'm glad other people have had favorable experiences, but this is unacceptable and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and have conveyed this information to our company.

They have always been polite and even though they offer upgraded services, they are honest when things would be fine until the next visit. They are very thorough and always have done an excellent job. One time after an oil change I noticed there was oil leaking from the filter in my garage at home. I called, and they immediately sent someone to my home to correct the issue at no cost. It was a faulty filter, not lack of work on their part. I keep coming back and will continue to come back due to their quick and efficient work. I’ve had several different crew members, and all of them have been friendly and competent.
