- BSBlake SAug 17, 20252.0I'm going to discount the fact that this is the most expensive Kroger I've ever shopped at. however, I'm absolutely counting the fact that this beautiful new still-in-the-wrapper establishment doesn't have... tap to pay!? I spent way too long looking around for some novel newfangled cardless payment method that SURELY this flagship store would proudly present to the public for ultimate convenience. No sir. It's climb through the car and find (or hope you even brought) your wallet and insert card and wait for your prompts on screen before pumping. I can open an app and have a pump already waiting for me to use before I put the car in park at Sheetz, or save 30 cents a gallon at Costco a few miles down the road. Was hoping that this behemoth of a grocer would direct some of their gouging or cool future dynamic pricing towards convenience and tech, but maybe next store. I'm not THAT angry. It's just more of a comedy of decisions that were made to have a chuckle thinking about. So anyways, lol Kroger. Keep your silly fuel points. *Hair flip*
