- JJJoshua JacksonAug 24, 20251.0Intoxalock made a mistake during reported maintenance and because of it I no longer have a driver's license. Upon contacting them, I was informed that I would be contacted by the compliance team in two days. They never got back with me and won't provide any information that I need to defend myself against the state of Michigan. Their breathalyzer unit is dangerous to use while driving and should be outlawed. I have almost been in a few accidents because the mouthpiece falls off while driving. Do not ever use this company, you will regret it!!
