  I went to get my oil changed, the red head lady acted upset that I came. I told her I needed my oil changed and my coolant was low knowing that they top off all fluids. The black guy with the dreads was nice and he was trying to help but she put him on another car. I received an oil change and that was all. There were items I needed and the red haired lady said it would all be listed on my receipt. I asked her to tell me and she reiterated it would be on my receipt. They were telling me I was done and I had to tell her I hadn’t paid yet. She came to my car and said- huh and motioned for my card. I never received my receipt. She was so rude. I had to reset my own oil reminder as the red hair lady didn’t care if it was reset or not. I had to go to the valvoline on Refugee to get my fluids topped off, air in my tires and the rest of my service. I asked the team on Refugee to double check my service and make sure everything was put back properly. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll stick to the Refugee location in Pickerington going forward. I suggest everyone else does as well!

  I always use Valvoline. I had Alexis “helping” me this time. She rushed my services. She didn’t check my tires until I asked her and my tire pressure light was still on. I had to go to sheetz to fill it up myself after. She also did not check any of my headlights even though I know my right side one was out. When I presented a coupon she made it seem like I inconvenienced her and then didn’t give me my total after. She just put the machine in the window for me to pay and then never gave me my paper receipt or my sticker so I know when to get my next oil change. I will not be coming back.

  Karma and the team got me in and out pretty quick. Professional team. And They replaced my brake light bulb and In-Cabin air filter, which was filthy. Thank you.

  Such a great experience! Brandon and the team were quick with hardly any wait, super personable, and never pushy. You can really tell they enjoy what they do, and that care shows in how they treat both you and your car. I’ll definitely be back!

  Pulled in on a sunday morning, maybe a 5 minute wait after being checked in by Ty. everyone was very professional and polite and it was by far my fasted stop at any location even with the addition work i needed done, break fluid and engine coolant.
