She kept dismissing me when I informed her that it was the low beam and the right headlight that needed to be changed to match the brightness of the other headlight. The entire conversation seemed defensive, every response was snappy, and I did not feel heard at all. On the other hand, Karma was very helpful and nice.

They told me both my brake lights were out. Ok, change them please. From 745 until 830 four technicians worked trying to get light bulb out. After 20 minutes I asked what was taking so long. I was told almost done. After another 10 minutes I told one of the techs that they should have told me they couldn't do it and let me leave. Angelena was nothing but rude. A number of times I told her I couldn't hear her but she went right on mumbling. So I missed an 830 appointment and am being charged for missing an appointment.

I was awarded for my patience...with a 15% discount. Should've been free for how long I had to wait, but I didn't have the energy to argue with them about this as I just wanted to get home at this point. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this location. "Instant Oil Change" my rear end. I'll stick to the Heath location next time. At least THEY know how to get people in and out in a pinch.
