- KBKalei BlambleFeb 2, 20261.0TERRIBLE RUN FROM THIS PLACE. First of all the "Manager" is beyond rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had scheduled an appointment to get 2 tires put on. I drop my car off in PERFECT CONDITION. I pick my car up and theres A GINORMOUS DENT AND CRACK in my driver front door panel. I call the shop to question this and asked what happened to my car the gentleman just denies and denies anything that happened to my car and that I cannot see video footage and I cannot have any higher ups number. He just said I can file a claim with their claims department. Like whatttt???? He was beyond rude when discussing this. Not to mention, they tried to keep my spare tire, the one tire on the right side was perfectly fine but when you change your tires you should change 2 so that's why I even had them mess with the other, but I look in the backseat for my other tire not there I call the shop and he was immediately defensive about keeping my tire. Like yall was just trying to keep it to sell. YIKESSSSSS stay far away from this place. I have already called corporate and left a voicemail. I will keep calling every day if I have too.

Despite closing in 15 minutes from when I came in Italia and Shelby took great care of me and made sure that I could go home with a new tire today. Appreciate their care and diligence to get the job done despite it being so late in the day. Saved me a lot of time and worry!
