The very next day, I began hearing a rattle underneath the car—something that had never happened before the service. I called customer service, explained the situation, and was told to bring the car back in so they could check it out. When I arrived, the front desk associate was polite and helpful, but after she spoke with the store manager, the experience went downhill quickly. The manager came out extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted there was no way the rattle could be related to the services performed—despite never even looking at the car. He also said there would be a $39 inspection fee, something that was never mentioned during my phone call. Overall, the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be recommending it to others.
