  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise yesterday for a one-way trip from Pickerington to Naperville and had an excellent experience. We drove a Chevy Suburban, which was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long drive. Rouna, the Enterprise agent, truly stood out. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us smoothly through the rental, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable and confident before leaving. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made what could have been a routine transaction feel easy and pleasant. Because of Rouna’s outstanding customer service, this was a genuinely great rental experience. I truly appreciate her help and would gladly give her 5 stars. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

  Be prepared, just because you reserve a car online with them, doesn't actually mean they will have the vehicle you want! On the day of my reservation, they called me stating that since I didn't "check in" a week in advance, they didn't have the SUV I needed for my family vacation. What's the point of going online & reserving the car then?!?!? Then they canceled it & I had to call around to other locations, scrambling trying figure this out. Will never rent from Enterprise again as their processes suck!

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they got me setup with a rental car that fit my needs quickly. My experience picking up and dropping off the rental car was excellent. I will definitely use them for my next rental.
