    People are very nice and helpful....but G-d forbid your leased truck breaks down here... you gotta sit on solid plastic chairs for at least 2 hours before they even consider looking for a replacement.... then another 2-3 hours until that replacement truck gets towed in from G-d know where. Avoid this place and call roadside... at least you get to rest in your truck....until your replacement arrives. They don't care if you save Penske towtruck money.
