I was told to proceed forward. I noticed the work area to be clean and free of any known hazards. All of the techs uniforms were professional and everyone was wearing safety glasses. A tech named E.J. explained the process to me and the certain mileage items that should be looked at. The time in the bay area was appropriate for the service I received. I was greeted and thanked by 3 of the techs. I was not expecting to receive the value or the excellent service I did receive. 10 Stars! I will be back
