- MEmichael encaladoNov 27, 20251.0Had a bad experience working with the shop through my insurance claim. They used after market parts that didn't fit correctly and gave me "new" headlights that appeared to be from a 30 year old car. I understand they use what they insurance says to at first but when I picked up the car they just handed me the keys without saying anything. I looked it over real quick and told them I am not accepting this. They took it back and fixed it so it took twice as long to get done. It is their responsibility to alert me of anything that may not be acceptable by customer. Over torque my lug nuts by alor and not suppose to use a impact on lugs with caps and they did. I cant even get them off now so will leave it to my original shop. They also missed some scratches and dents.

With three kids under the age of 4, our car needed cleaned bad but we didn’t have enough time to do so before the repair. Not only did they repair our car the same day, we got the car back ,without asking, sparkling clean on the inside! What a wonderful surprise on both the repair and clean car. You don’t often get service like this anymore. We are truly impressed. Thank you to this wonderful company and its staff.
