    Came in for all four new tires, scheduled the week prior for 3pm, come in 10 till and waited till 3:45 just for them to grab the truck. Didn’t leave till 5 and when going up finally to pay, we were told they forgot to do the alignment and if we still have time, they estimated it would be longer than 30mins just for that. We declined. Owner of the truck was watching the workers the whole time, browsing their phones not focusing on their work consistently. And no the place wasn’t busy. Just be weary of time frames, bring an extra car so you don’t have to deal with this.

    Had my appointment for an front end alignment set up for over a week, calls me the day before to tell me they can't honor it because they are gonna be busy. This is right before I am supposed to take a trip out of state.

    Amazing team at Belle Tire Perrysburg! I got a screw stuck in my tire when I was taking my fiance to work and belle tire was able to fix it for free the same day within a matter of hours! Thank you team at Belle Tire! Especially the team working 11/20/25 from 12-3:30!

    I don't feel like getting into it, but I will never step into that shop again. The guy at the counter was rude and treated me like an idiot in front of other customers. I felt like I was in the twighlight zone. I have never been treated or talked to that way before. There is nothing I did to warrant his nasty attitude! Maybe he has issues with females!?
