- MMMacyFeb 28, 20261.0Came in for all four new tires, scheduled the week prior for 3pm, come in 10 till and waited till 3:45 just for them to grab the truck. Didn’t leave till 5 and when going up finally to pay, we were told they forgot to do the alignment and if we still have time, they estimated it would be longer than 30mins just for that. We declined. Owner of the truck was watching the workers the whole time, browsing their phones not focusing on their work consistently. And no the place wasn’t busy. Just be weary of time frames, bring an extra car so you don’t have to deal with this.
