  I pulled in with alternator problems. Not only did the staff help with testing the battery and alternator, but the manager Matthew helped me replace it there in the parking lot.

  I was helped by Linda Franklin in the Pataskala store. She was very professional, courteous and she came outside to install the part I bought. I felt as if the two gentlemen emplpyees that we were consulting with were reluctant to help with installing the part. She and I read my manual and she got the job done. I would like to recognize Linda for her work as an excellent employee of this store. The original part the computer called for was incorrect and we found a different part that worked. There was a $2 price difference but I asked that we call it even and if Linda was able to make the exchange, to do so as well as keep the difference for herself. She would not do that so I did overepay for my part but I was just happy to have it fixed to prevent any additional issues with my vehicle. Thank you again to Linda. She seemed to be an asset to the company.

  Don't go there. They lie. Said I could return an item if I didnt like. Went to return and then they said the dont do returns on the item. Just trying to sell stuff. They lie. Will never go back

  Worst customer service I’ve ever had at 6 o’clock at night. Asked if a if you carried parts for quads stated what you carried I ask for a battery I didn’t know what I needed my fault.. but acted like I was we’ll let me do everything for you attitude. He rambled off numbers and point where the batteries are. I let it go and asked for the numbers again and man the way he responded was just rude.. checking out still rude. But it is what it is….. what tipped the hat was the next statement was bags are over there if you want one… well looks like advanced is now getting all my business.. I have used zone since I got my first car 25 years ago.. sad really sad.
