  I appreciated that I had saved in my phone's wallet the barcode for a discount at Valvoline. I saw it when I brought up my wallet to pay. Thankfully, this discount had not expired!

  I was able to get in quickly, was greeted well, and treated well. All employees were kind, conversational, professional, and got me out quickly. They seemed happy to just do a great job, which was appreciated!

  I just had my car serviced here and I am blown away by the level of care and professionalism. From the moment I pulled my car in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made the whole process seamless, answering all my questions and providing transparent advice. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to help me get a discounted price on the service, which I truly appreciated! It is rare to find a shop that is this honest and customer-focused. The whole team deserves praise for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend and thank them all .   Was uncertain of this location, but Dave and his crew were exceptional. Professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would highly recommend coming to their location. Definitely will be back! Update: Spoke too soon. Car now shakes, sputters and makes noise, but it is up to me to pay and figure out what happened. Filed a claim only to be denied the diagnostics required to figure out what went wrong. Was forced to try two different places: 1st recommended I go see transmission specialist (they didn't do transmissions)to fully investigate would have required $$, but mechanic was willing to check it out). Back to first mechanic. Quick check - something torn causing exhaust issues. $290 to repair. The crew were great up until the claim was denied and closed. So even though the cameras show no issue with their work, the fact is my car went in one way and came out shaking, sputtering, and making noise hours later . Angry? Yes. So now the detective work begins: what happened? How much money will it cost me to fix it? Has there been cases like this? Yes! "Individual customer complaints have surfaced, alleging engine damage due to improper oil changes or failed engine flushes." I have scheduled a full service safety and maintenance check with another mechanic company in business for 80 years. I will find out what happened and will never go to another Valvoline again. (Praying my engine/transmission isn't damaged and that whatever happened can be found without too much $$. ) Double check your dealer's transmission fluid regulations and what oil needs to be used. I honestly do not believe anything was done intentionally, but the fact that my car is not running right...and they refuse to make it right...buyer beware. Once the mechanic finds out what happened I will update again.
