    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about a service experience I had at your Parma Day Drive location on Sunday, January 4th around 4:45 PM. I have been a loyal customer of this specific Valvoline location for over ten years and have brought all four of my family’s vehicles there consistently. Until this visit, I have never had a negative experience. Unfortunately, this visit was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the technician assisting me was visibly aggravated by the volume of cars, short with her responses, and clearly more focused on rushing customers out than providing the service I paid for. Standard items that are always checked at this location — tire pressure, air filters, and lights — were skipped entirely unless I explicitly asked. When I pointed out that my driver-side headlight was burned out and asked if the bulb was in stock, I was met with a rude and dismissive “no,” followed by a sarcastic claim that she already knew exactly which bulb my vehicle takes — without checking. It was obvious she had no intention of confirming and simply wanted to move on. Even basic tire pressure checks were not performed until I requested them, and my request was met with attitude and irritation. When I stated — calmly — that I paid for a service and expected it to be completed regardless of the time of day, I received a smart-ass comment under her breath. I understand that being busy late in the day can be stressful. However, that does not excuse cutting corners, skipping services, or treating customers with disrespect. This individual is a poor representative of your brand and single-handedly turned a long-time loyal customer into someone now actively considering other service providers. I do not typically send complaint emails, which should tell you how far below expectations this experience was. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this issue and an explanation of how this location ensures customers receive the full service they pay for — regardless of how busy the shop is or what time they arrive.     Service is usually top notch, not today. Was directed to the left bay where I sat for 30 minutes while cars in other lane who showed up after me got serviced. So many cars I was not able to change lanes. Watched 2 people behind me leave from waiting. Not happy. Other than that, once I got in was fast and easy.

    It was SUPER rushed. I appreciate the fact that they want to get you in and out, but it made me feel like I wasn't answering their questions fast enough. The guy who was asking the questions seemed perturbed and annoyed by my inability to rapid-fire my answers. Also, they never looked at my dashboard to reset the system warning about the oil change AND the low tire pressure. The dude told me it would reset on its own, but it hasn't. He seemed like he was annoyed by me. Didn't make me feel at all like you would when you're giving someone good customer service or that you even have enough effort to show that you somewhat care.
