    The place I was going to before was overcharging me and I didn't know it. Everyone at Valvoline is so friendly and polite and they absolutely make it worth the wait whenever they're busy. They even went above and beyond telling me the recommended services and prices specific to my car! I will definitely be back!

    The gentlemen were polite, professional, and quick. I explained I had appointments and only needed an oil change. They did their regular checks but didn't try to upsell me. They did provide me with the list of services I may need in the future.

    I am originally located at Huber Heights and doing my oil change there. I never had a problem with them . The welcome and services are always great there. Today was my first time doing it at Cleveland. The experience was completely different. The person on the computer doesn’t know how to talk to people and was trying to put me in a rush just because I was trying to find my coupons. And the check they use to make on my cars they didn’t do none of them . Anyway it was a pretty bad experience
