  After getting the run around from a few other places, I called Tire World and talked to Q. Dude didn’t BS me, as soon as he seen my truck he knew a price and it was the cheaper side. Dude was straight up and got me in before they closed to fix and rotate my tires for me. Would highly recommend to anyone who ain’t got time for BS.

  I usually go here with no problems . This time I went was quoted one price and mileage warranty then I get there and they ask what was I quoted I tell them. They take the car back do the job they quoted me for and agreed to upon taking my key. Once they were done the price and mileage quoted CHANGED. I paid no argument, because I’m not into making scenes. So I have my husband call back because that is who the price and mileage was quoted to which is what I told them upon my arrival. When my husband called they make it MY fault that amounts changed because I didn’t say anything. Remember I did when I walked in. How many times do I have to tell YOU what YOU said. The same person that quoted over the phone is the same person that checked me in when I told him how much I was quoted over the phone and was the same person who checked me out when the price changed and went UP Gone say oh don’t worry we got you next time and don’t worry what the receipt say, we will honor what was said originally over the phone.How can I count on that sir when you did what you did this time? Most likely I won’t be back!

  I love Tire World Discount! After 10 years coming to see Sammy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for wheel alignment. They have a new alignment machine that is spot-on, and they get everything done quickly. The prices are also very competitive… $65 cash for an expert alignment cannot be beat! With a huge selection of new and used tires, and a network of family tire shops all across Cleveland, you are set. Plus more rims than I’ve ever seen. It can get busy sometimes so maybe give Josh a call, he’ll take care of you. I just want to thank everyone for all the years of great service … my trucks thank you!
