  Got in for new tires(all 4) the same day, so easy...booked online, guy from the shop called and confirmed, I was there within an hour getting my new tires. All the guys were extremely nice especially the guy at the front desk who helped me with the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend! And will definitely go back for further services! Thanks guys .... your all awesome!

  I called them on a Saturday afternoon thinking they would say they couldn't fit me in for a tire repair like the 2 calls before them, nope they said bring it in will hold a spot for you , I got there an hour before they were to close got tire fixed within a short time, I'm bad with names but guy at front desk was very easy going and accommodating, I brought an unmounted tire was gonna pay them to put it back on car after the day I had he only charged me for tire repair, and repair guy that fixed the tire didn't complain even though it was after the close of the shop. Great experience

  $50 a tire to mount and balance is theft!! This is not right. Definitely won't be doing business here

  These crooks will flat out LIE about what is wrong with your vehicle to upsell you on overpriced parts and other things you don’t need. My 2011 Silverado had the check engine light come on along with reduced engine power. Took it to autozone for a free scan, got a code saying to replace the throttle body. Further research on the internet also said replacing the throttle body would fix the issue. Should just be a ~$200 part, maybe $200-$300 in labor, done. But no, Tony at Mr. Tire told me 7 of my 8 cylinders were misfiring, and that I needed to spend $2800 to replace all of my ignition coils and spark plugs, along with a throttle body replacement and ECM relearn. Asked him for just the cost of a new throttle body, and he wanted to charge me $900 for that. $500 for the throttle body (absolutely ridiculous!). When Tony said specifically “don’t just replace the throttle body, that won’t fix the problem”, I took that as a challenge and replaced it myself. $180 out the door, plus a quick manual relearn procedure to reprogram the ECM without a OBD scanner (took me 15 minutes), and the truck is running good as new. Take your business elsewhere or fix it yourself, these people are just trying to make you spend more money than you need to.

  I unexpectedly had to get a tire patched today and I am very pleased with the service! William helped me at the desk and he was polite and very friendly and he truly seemed genuine. After everything was done, I asked if they had saved the object that pierced my tire and he didn't hesitate to tell me he would dig around and look for it. He found it and brought it to me. William is exceptional with his customer service!
