  I called and got an appointment for 3pm for my car not holding oil. My husband got there at 215. He waited over an hour and then was told the boss took a job that would pay him more money than ours and my car probably wouldn't be seen that day. Like how do you not honor your appointments no matter what the charge is. If I could put no stars I would.

  quick, fair - used before, always a great experience - oil change pricy, forgot to add tire warranty, would have hoped they would do a solid & throw in the oil change or tire warranty but......

  Very helpful staff, explained everything and got everything finished quickly and inexpensively as possible. Worked very hard to make everything as convenient and easy as they could. Thanks Jon at the desk and the techs who changed my tire.

  Did a rush job. Appointment was at 9am and the car was there after closing. Two stars for staying over. Joe was very nice. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 Requested at drop off the day before an oil change with new tires, new wiper blades and an overall inspection, the oil change wasn't done. Called the next day to ask why and got attitude from the manager because someone hung up on him prior to my calling and he thought it was me. I can see why they hung up. Manager stated that the oil change was not requested and I don't even think he was there that day (Sunday). The tires and oil change were the MAIN reasons for the appointment in the first place. I wouldn't recommend this place.

  Super nice people and we’ve had good experiences in the past but our last experience was not one of them Dropped the car off for what should have been a 1-2 day repair and got it about 4 days later due to part delays and repair issues - no big deal. Picked the car up and they had left their diagnostic machine plugged into the car so had to bring it back in to them. About 20 minutes into driving it we were hit with an engine malfunction alert and high battery usage alert. We brought it back and they fixed it again in a day at no charge and said they think they left something loose - a little frustrated but again no big deal until we got home the 2nd time and our side light blinkers were dangling off the side with both clamps on each side completey cracked. At this point we are just fixing them ourselves but now I’m anxious if there’s anything else that was broken and hidden or messed up - which is a crappy way to feel after spending over $2k for repairs (and not being verbally warned if you use the financing you’ll end up paying over double if not paid in 100 days). Really disappointing experience from a place we normally like but we’ll probably be finding a MINI specialist for any future repairs for better peace of mind 😕
