  Took truck in for battery & brake issues at 9am on a Friday & found out at 430pm that the master mechanic had called off. Then had to scramble to get a rental for weekend before they closed. Rented vehicle until Monday night to find out again at 430pm Monday they said master mechanic had called off again with no phone call or notification on my end. Extended rental for one more day. Next day Tuesday said they needed to fix some issues before looking at battery & brakes so I approved. Called back the next day Wednesday to say the total already owed without fixing any of the issues I came in for & that I need a new motor. Told them to stop working on it I'm coming to pick truck up to take somewhere else. Had to tow truck out of location as the same problems were there after paying $1000.00. Zero stars earned for lack of communication but Google made me choose the 1 star not deserved.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for 1:30 pm. Then closing time comes around and I had to call them to ask what's going on, they didn't even call. Told me they will have to fix it the next day. Was never informed and wouldn't have known unless I called. There is no point in making an appointment with them. Once I called, they said they will call me in 15 minutes and rudely hung up. I wasted my time and gas. They never fixed anything and I had to take it else where.

  Had an appointment for a thrust alignment, was told the previous day to bring it at 12:30 and they could align it, just put tie rods inners and outers and shocks on the truck. I get there and the very rude manager Tony tells me I’m going to have to leave it there and they won’t be able to get me in today and it will cost $50 to get it on the rack telling me they won’t do the alignment if any parts are bad. Then when I explained about the appointment he said “so” DO NOT GO HERE, poor customer service and the manager is to blame clearly for not setting a better example for his employees, rather do business with someone who doesn’t sleep at his desk.

  Place is a complete joke brought in my car to find out what’s wrong and Anthony Valentino says it’s just tires so I pay for 4 new tires and still dosent fix the problem bring it back and he wants to argue that nothing is wrong … then take to another local shop and they find the major safety problem immediately and even they say if the people at Mr tire did their job they wouldn’t have missed it “ bolts sheered of of engine control mount bracket “ no one should bring your vehicle here unless it the most simplest of repairs obviously Anthony Valentinos “20” years in business hasn’t done any good for him

  BEWARE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!! Update They asked me to reach out called 3 times and each time I was hung up on before the call was answered. OP: Came in for tires on 12.15.25 paid over $700 to get all new and mounted. I only came in for tires. Was going well until I recieved my car back with multiple light on the dash (check engine, hill assist, traction control, and tire light) the only light that was one when bringing the car in was the tire and my awd( had a spare on so awd was upset). When I bright this to the managers attention Anthony Valentino he stated none of those codes would be from what they did. They also fabricated a form that states these lights were on prior to them touching my car. They then gave me a form with everything they did and said they would have to charge me to find out what was wrong. We argued back and forth on what lights were and were not on when the car was dropped off. I actually had a video of my dash from 15 minutes prior to show my bf what was happening with my awd( that was another argument for awd replacing all 4 at once or not... you do have to or your awd is not a happy camper.) I tried showing him this and he said 'why would you have a video of your dash.. well I explain that already yo you guys.... so after he said I had to pay for what he broke on my car he kicked me out. I took my car to knapps auto in lakewood ohio on Madison and boy they were great! Per usual may I add. They pulled tho codes and found out Mr Tire had disconnected my air filter on my car and never allocated my tired. It cost me 152.20 to have another shop do something mr. Tire should have verified this was all competed. This manager has been working here for over 20 years and if hes doing this to me he is doing this to your and your friends and family. Anthony Valentino need to be trained again on proper customer service. When I came back to show him what was wrong abd it was infact a result of his shops negligence and want to be right. He refused to come out and talk to customers but he would yell from behind the wall because he was afraid to apologize to a woman for proving him wrong. I am calling corporate and waiting on a call from the distract manager Jerry. Will uodate if resolved. and to Anthony. Since your customer service is so amazing im sure you are reading this (or should be to make sure customers are happy) please feel free to reach out so we can discuss the matter at hand since you refused in person. Added photos to show the before lights on my car and the lights that were on when I got my car back.
