The gentleman was not friendly, and was openly rude after we declined their insurance add on since our insurance would fully cover anything. He kept stating it was easier to use theirs. When he stated no dogs were allowed in the car, I mentioned that I have a service dog and if it could be noted. He told me that I could not allow my service dog in the car, which is against ADA laws. Their parking lot is at an incline, was poorly plowed, and not shoveled or salted. The overall expo turned us off from using enterprise if we ever need to rent our own car.
