Another gentleman then walked in after me, yet some how got a car. I was the told I would need to be taken to another location to get a rental. Will most likely not receive my car until almost 2hrs after initial reservation time. The young woman who helped me was very nice and apologetic, this review is no reflection of her, but instead of the owner/logistics

I called Enterprise Direct spoke with Jake the manager he was able to give me a car in a timely fashion and resolve all my issues I was having with renting a car. He’s a very valuable asset to the company and he made sure from conception to completion that I was completely satisfied. I would recommend an Enterprise Bobby Road Sevenhills location see Jake you won’t be disappointed 👍
