The man on the phone was such a jerk to me for literally no reason. I asked a single question about what material they use to seal it- he just said a "foam seal" and I wanted to ensure that meant the kind that comes in a roll with the adhesive on it and not something else (because that's what I currently have) so I asked very politely for clarification. I don't really know what other kinds of seals exist that people use for this. He interrupted me multiple times during the phone call and acted like my question, literally my only question, was stupid as hell to ask and I was wasting his time. When he finally answered all I said was thank you, and he hung up on me without a single other word. I'm a woman and I feel like this guy just didn't want to talk to me or thought I was stupid because I'm not a dude. But regardless of his motivation, there was truly no need to have that attitude with me when all I wanted was to know more about their service.
